I'm a Florida Realtor® and marketing professional with a deep passion for creativity, strategy, and helping the people around me show up in the best way possible. Whether it's a brand, a business, or an event — I love turning ideas into something real and memorable.
Chelsea Creates grew out of years of experience across real estate, event production, and social media strategy. After seeing firsthand how much brands and business owners struggled to keep up with their online presence and event logistics, I knew I could bridge that gap.
I started Chelsea Creates Co. to offer a hands-on, personalized creative service — one that takes the stress out of content, events, and social media so that founders and brands can focus on what they do best.
As a licensed Realtor® in South Florida, I provide full-service support to clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate. I also partner with investors on short-term rental concierge services — overseeing everything from property setup and vendor coordination to guest experience and performance reporting.
In my role as Membership & Events Manager at the Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce, I manage member relations, coordinate chamber events and programs, and serve as a key liaison for businesses throughout their journey. From onboarding and engagement to event logistics and marketing support, I focus on creating organized, meaningful experiences that connect businesses and foster growth.
Through Chelsea Creates, I offer social media marketing support that includes content planning, scheduling, management, and storytelling. I also create lifestyle content that highlights motherhood, wellness, real estate, travel, and intentional living — building authentic connections while partnering with brands in the lifestyle space.
